Invest 90L is stirring up trouble for the Gulf Coast, with heavy rain set to drench Texas into portions of the deep south for days. Flooding is a big concern, as some spots could see up to locally 8" inches to over a foot of rain over the coming days. If the system strengthens enough—a 50/50 chance—it could become a tropical storm and earn an official name of Arthur. That said, whether this system gets a name or not, it could bring heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and even a few severe storms to the Deep South and Southeast in the coming days.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for parts of Beckham, Greer, and Roger Mills counties until 11:30 p.m. The main concerns are wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail up to 1 inch in diameter along with intense lightning and heavy rainfall. Movement is generally to the southeast at around 25-30 mph.
