AHPS / Round Barn President & Volunteer MICHELLE found this lovely Luna Moth on the Arcadia Round Barn early Saturday morning. Beautiful isn't it?

The luna moth, also called the American moon moth.This moth has lime-green wings and a white body. Its caterpillars are also green. Its typical wingspan is roughly 4.5 inches, but wingspans can exceed 7 inches), ranking the species as one of the larger moths found in North America.

Get Your Kicks at the iconic ROUND BARN in Arcadia, Oklahoma. This is the original Route 66 landmark, built between 1898 to 1900. This unique structure was so close to demolition when a local group organized the Arcadia Historical & Preservation Society (AHPS). The Round Barn has been restored as a museum and gift shop for 34 years. Join us for a visit, won't you?

So much fun at the Tulsa Rt66 Road Fest going on yesterday and today (6-28-26) at the Tulsa Oklahoma Expo center !! Lots of exhibits, vintage RVs, car show & Rt66 state vendors!! It was way beyond my expectations !!
