It appears as if the church in general is offering like McDs a meal, it should be a happy meal (the gospel). But they are only putting one thing in the box (salvation), the toy (ticket to heaven). There is so much more within the happy meal (gospel) box (salvation), and the majority of it is for the here and now. Like the toy (ticket to heaven), it's an added bonus.

As you remember fathers today and as you possibly go to church today, know this, that Abba Father is, and always has been, a good good father. So much better than anything you've come to know in this life. Don't fall for the myths and stories that may be told about an angry and wrathful god. If the god you here about has killed millions, through flood, wars or touching the wrong thing, and will come to kill millions more, for eternity, that is not a good, good father. Jesus has told us that Abba Father was not and is not like that.
