Our company (First Cable Line, Inc) provides cable assembly and manufacturing services to customers and also have an e-commerce division reselling merchandise to end customer directly.
We’re looking for new talents join our team - an operation administrator and a sales executive for below responsibility:
Working Hours: M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm (Full Time). Location: Arcadia, CA.

Operation Administrator
• Collaborate with supplier, sales, logistics, shipping agencies to process orders, monitor schedule, arrange shipment for on-time deliveries of domestic and international shipment.
• Inventory control, sourcing material, and supplier management
• Other operational task and documentation to optimize work efficiency

Qualification:
* Bilingual Mandarin and English, (Spanish is a plus)
* Proficiency office word, excel, outlook
* Detail-oriented and shows initiative
* Operation or e-commerce background preferred.
