Pole Plus Intro to Pole 3 Week Series

Where you get the FULL package. Not only do you learn pole moves, but you review transitions in and put of those moves, complementary moves to create unique combos, and variations of many moves so you can take you dancing up or down a notch based on your personal preference.

So if you're ready to start or refresh your pole journey, join us for a three-week beginner-friendly led by all in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment.

❗️NEED TO KNOW BEFORE CLASS:
🚫 Avoid lotions or oils for at least 12 hours before class—these can make it difficult to grip the pole.

🩳 Wear shorts (above-the-knee) and a sports bra or tank top for optimal skin contact and movement.

💦 Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the class.

🥳Come with an open mind and ready to have fun! No prior experience needed.

Workshoping w/ Jax

2-3:30 PM SENSOUS EDGE PLAY w/
*Layers and knee pads are highly recommended*

This workshop will focus on building confidence and fluidity with your edgework. Students can expect to be guided through a low-flow sequence with focus on contact points, weight transfers, momentum and slowing down to allow for sensual expression. 6 months heel experience necessary. Heel height 7 – 8 inches recommended.

3:45-5:15 PM FIND YOUR FREESTYLE w/ Jax
When you hear “freestyle” do you freeze? Do you find yourself worried about doing the same move over and over? Do you go blank? This workshop will focus on finding more comfort in exploring freestyle with a combination of immediate take home strategies and prompt movement dance breaks structured to leave you feeling more comfortable and at ease with your dance flow.
