2025 CES brought back memory of a design I got to do while working at GED West a satellite office with 4 of us for a Exhibition Trade Show company based in Chicago. The Island sign had 9 foot cut out letters. I remember the people putting in the words up if my type really needed to be off the sides on the main sign and I said yes. And making a 90 foot Newton banner. I was on the phone with the person that was gave me the distances between the parking lot spaces to make wind vents for that large banner. We had to send everything through copy approval through the fax machine to get sign off of copy and kerning. Thanks John D for taking that photo of me holding the Apple logo.
