Lately I’ve been reflecting on all the things — the sacrifices, the long hours, the learning curves, the wins, the stress, the growth… and honestly, restaurant ownership is waaaaay more work than I ever could’ve imagined. 😅
This business is constantly evolving, and I cannot believe how much we’ve grown in such a short amount of time.
Looking back at these photos from the beginning of our buildout really puts everything into perspective and makes my heart swell. We had a vision, took a huge leap, and somehow… we did it.
