Hello my friends. I guess I'm only a little sorry that this is one of the best pans of lasagna I've made. I mean, sorry you aren't able to share it with us, but, well, you know. I'm just pounding it with a fork out of the pan.

Life is good - Tim is back in college, getting his degree in international studies. Kathy is very happy working for ThedaCare. But, we miss you all! Hope you're doing well, and life is full of adventure for all of you. Please drop us a line when you can. We'd love to hear from you

I ran in the Warrior Princess Mud Run last year for the first time. So many of you supported this important cause, and it was greatly appreciated! Hello to all those still checking in on us once in a while. I just wanted to let you all know that our Guts Frisbee team, which has been such a big part of our lives for so long, won the gold medal at the World Championships in London. We're so proud of the team, not only in how they played, but how they represented the USA throughout the tournament. Thank you all, for your support, help in the fundraisers, and kind words of encouragement throughout the years!

Hey friends! If you've been craving some of Chef Tim's deliciousness, come to the New London Senior High School today, for a bowl of Chef Tim's chili or chicken rice soup. There's a pretty sweet art show going on there, too!

Every day, for 10 years, we made mac 'n cheese. But I haven't made it since the end of August and it was time. So tonight, at the first meal of the Trauger family Christmas weekend, CSI's mac 'n cheese will be served!
And yes, the recipe came right back to me. Funny how that works. :-)

Oh, and Tim's busy making pies this morning - life moves on....
And it's good!
