KALEY HIT 50 CLASSES‼️🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼
At Thrive FF, we believe fitness is for every body and today is a great celebration of that. It’s not just about the workout - it’s about committing to yourself, growth and showing up even when it’s hard! kaley shared with us Thursday morning that she only had 2 hours of sleep the night before because her dogs were scared of the storms and she had to take the long way to class because the roads were flooded by her house. That is TRUE commitment!
Kaley, you are a rockstar! We are sooo so proud of you for continuing to show up for yourself every single week 👏🏼

At Thrive FF we have the motto - “movement with purpose” but this time, let’s move FOR a purpose!
Introducing our new series: Yoga For A Cause! Each pop-up yoga class will support a different local cause—so every time you show up, you’re making an impact.
Next Saturday, we’re hosting a 45-minute Pop-Up Yoga Class at Thrive Functional Fitness, led by experienced bodybuilder and certified yoga instructor Michaela Janssen.
This class blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness—perfect for lifters, athletes, or anyone looking to move and feel better. All levels welcome!
For this class, $10 from every registration will be donated to Pickleball for a Purpose, which helps raise funds for the Dillon Family Foundation—founded by AJ Dillon and Gabrielle Dillon—with a mission to combat childhood hunger right here in Wisconsin.
Last year alone, Pickleball For A Purpose raised ~$33K and helped contribute $25K to local Boys & Girls Club programs in Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay.

Beth - you have achieved SO MUCH in the last couple of months. Your squat mechanics, strength and endurance have all improved SO MUCH and we couldn’t be prouder of you. Let alone the heavy weights you can lift now! And we can’t wait to see what you achieve in your next 25 classes!
