It seems this time of year always start the crystal ball predictions on interest rates trends. Great article. It is one of the major factors in our current market.

But the major question is how long can housing appreciation continue upward? It will and has continued to price many people out of the market or at least buyers expectation of what kind of house their dollars will buy. Will it create another bubble? People's average incomes only support so much of a mortgage, especially in NE Wisconsin.
