Let's have some nutrition this morning! A little Serenity, anyone? Green light (or Red) 30 seconds on my pinky of both hands on the acupuncture meridian=calm and peace. In one minute, I'm activating both pinky fingers where indicated. I breathe and relax and do find peace at the center of my being. And I can do this any time I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
