I am so thrilled to be presenting this year at the 15th Annual Midwest Women's Herbal Conference. In the spirit of their theme "Honoring Deep Roots and Tending New Shoots" I will be leading two workshops sharing plants that have been made into homeopathic remedies. Some of Samuel Hahnemann's (founder of Homeopathy) first homeopathic remedies he made and experimented with were the traditional plants being used by women healers of his day so in many ways Homeopathy is a tender new shoot off the long herbalist tradition.
