Here are some framing and exterior finish pictures for a Senior Suite addition we are building in DePere! This addition is connected to the existing house through the garage which is a nice setup for families that want a little more independence and privacy but still want to be under the same roof.
One common question we get is "How do utilties connect when you build a home addition?" Each project is different! In this video Greg walks through the utility connections for an addition we are building in DePere to give you one example of how it can work.

This is a 2,000 sf build we are working on in New London right now! It includes a living space for both grandma & grandma as well as a new attached garage that can be shared by both the new and existing home.
