Member of the Week: Anna Cohen

I'm from: Madison, WI

Major/minor: Art History major, History and Museum Studies minors

Career aspirations: To become a professor of Medieval art history or a curator of medieval manuscripts and other rare books.

Favorite thing I am involved in on campus: I love being involved in SLUG! It's a great way to practice environmental sustainability in my personal life and a great escape from the stress of school.

What I am looking forward to most this year: I'm looking forward to doing my senior experience in the winter. I'm really excited to do some really cool research and dive into a topic for a term!

Career aspirations: Public Health professional
This summer I interned at the Appleton Health Department working on Breastfeeding Initiatives in the area. I enjoyed gaining experience in my future career area while giving back to the community — I can’t wait to dedicate my life to this work!

Favorite thing I am involved in on campus: Panhellenic Council (currently VP External Recruitment)

What I am looking forward to most this year: My capstone on Anthropology and Public Health!
