Su***de Awareness and a Call to Action. Volunteers (true listeners), prayer warriors, and practitioners of mental/emotional/spiritual health taking new clients, step up and tell us what you do in the comments.

September is, among many things, su***de awareness month.

It has now been 8 years since I personally lost a loved one to su***de - on Friday the 13th, 2013, su***de prevention day. The irony has never been lost on me, as well as all the symbolism that followed.

Between my own navigation of the process, and hearing the countless experiences of others, there are as many reasons and stories behind the heartbreaking decision of su***de as there are people who choose it. Whether you are a su***de survivor or current inhabitant of some darkness, uncovering the reason/story can bring so much comfort, clarity, light and peace. But since a person in struggle may adopt the wrong story as their own, I’m going to refrain from example. If you are in struggle, the only story that needs to be uncovered is your own.

All death is heartbreaking for those left behind. Death by su***de adds a hugely complicated and often misunderstood component. Misunderstood because it’s so personal. Misunderstood because of the stigma. Misunderstood because the subject is ever… so…uncomfortable.

Options for restoring health are also numerous and personal. Whether a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or holistic approach aligns with you, whether you want to uncover your story by discovering the healer within, or you know you’re in need of assistance, start somewhere. Start now. Start with google. Just don’t believe everything you read… believe what helps you feel a step or two lighter. That’s how you know you’re in the right place.

Don’t be afraid of the dark… it’s where beauty lives before it’s born.

It often can feel we’re getting pummeled from every direction, struggling to stay steady, grounded, and on course. Differences arise and we feel at odds - not only with humanity, but within ourselves.
The souls we choose to bond with have a similar blueprint, and we find it wonderful to be in each other’s presence. We admire our similarities and embrace our differences, knowing this is how life, and love, are meant to be.
Sometimes we find we need more, and we want to find our ‘home’.
Home, for some, is a group of souls with matching energy, scattered throughout the universe like points on a grid. This is a form of sacred geometry…. divinely orchestrated and designed to serve a purpose for mankind.
It isn’t humanly possible to find all your grid mates, but it is critical to make a connection… to see yourselves united in spirit and light.
As a group, your combined energy will sustain each other, radiate, and heal the planet(s).
It takes very little time or thought, simply set the intention, visualize, anchor, and breathe. Repeat as needed.
This is what we are here for. Go there in love.
