I was told believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see.

Two simple words.
Taught early.
Used often.

They opened doors.
Softened moments.
Showed respect.

Manners weren’t optional.
They were part of everyday life.

They cost nothing.
But they meant everything.

Maybe it’s time
to bring those small lessons back
and make them normal again.
