Ben’s Small Engine is now hiring talented, experienced technicians
After 29 successful years, we’re expanding looking for experienced small engine technicians educated in 2 & 4 cycle engine/equipment repair and diagnostics. Must be reliable, possess a good positive attitude and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Specific Duties Include:
• Perform routine engine/equipment maintenance & tune ups
• Effectively troubleshoot equipment & create repair estimates
• The capability to work through challenging diagnosis/repair at times
• Communicate with customers regarding repair solutions
• Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
• Willingness to expand education with schooling/update seminars
• The ability to work independently on diagnostics and repairs
• Be a “team player” and help others when needed
• Keep a clean/tidy work area
Starting wage based on experience. Clean work uniforms are provided weekly. Tools optional
