WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

Issuing and distributing invoices
Processing payments of prepaid orders
Preparing and distributing monthly customer statements
Processing customer refund requests
Accounts Receivable collections
Processing incoming payments
Processing credit card payments
Month-end reconciliations and reports
Maintaining and organizing all electronic documents
Setting up new customer accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance
1-4 years of accounting and finance experience
