It's a conversation we have all the time.

Of course we do.
We know how much trust it takes to hand over something that means that much. That's why all of our jewelry repairs and restoration work are done right here in our store by our in-house goldsmiths.

We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected at least every six months—especially the pieces you never take off.
