Happy Workout Wednesday! Last week we included some great trails in the Fox Valley to explore, and for this week here are a couple fun ways to exercise while outside and enjoying the beautiful weather! Kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, swimming, and playground workouts are great ways to increase your heart rate while having fun doing so!
Exercising outside provides all the physical benefits of indoor exercise such as, blood flow, improved cardiovascular health, improved strength, flexibility, endurance, etc. However, it can also provide vital exposure to sunlight that increases important levels of vitamin D!
