These guys are popping up all over state senate district 19 — with more on the way! Name recognition is so important for down-ballot candidates, and while signs don’t vote, they’re a great way to spread the word! 🇺🇸

We’ve got yard signs available at local county party offices and do deliveries! Let us know if you want a 2x4ft one installed or you want to get on the list for 4x4ft (planning on ordering those in July!)

I’m running for state senate bc I’m tired of my neighbors being lied to and our current representatives saying boo about it.

I don’t care what side you’re on, if there is rot in your house get it OUT.

Timm’s back.
Here’s the attention you’re looking for, bud.

I’m so freaking tired of photo ops from politicians.

They fly into Wisconsin or wander onto a property, stand in front of a tractor, probably put on a hat, talk about how much they love farmers, and then leave.

MEANWHILE, farmers around here are still dealing with volatile and unpredictable markets, rising input costs, labor shortages, consolidation that screws our small and mid-sized farms, and uncertainty created by policies they had no say in.

Add to that the fact that rural hospitals are fighting to keep their doors open, small towns are losing services, local school districts are being dissolved. Families are stretching every dollar just to get by.

Explain to me how you solve any of that with a staged event.

As I travel across Senate District 19, I don’t hear people asking for more political theater. I hear people asking why groceries cost so much or childcare costs as much as a second mortgage. Why healthcare is getting harder to access and why family farms are struggling to survive another generation. (It’s not good.)

Call me crazy, but I think those are the conversations we should be having; not who can get the best photo standing next to a combine in their flannel.

If this guy is going to show up in Wisconsin, show up with answers. Maybe a plan to keep rural hospitals open. Perhaps ideas to help farmers stay profitable. I don’t know, maybe some actual policy to lower costs for working families.

Otherwise it’s just another politician using Wisconsin as a backdrop.

Frankly, we’ve had enough of that.

Report: Loss of childcare funding could shut down 25 percent of Wisconsin providers 06/02/2026

This is a crisis and childcare is infrastructure.

I keep talking about the fact that one-time checks don’t do much if the bills that come due each month keep coming (and rising).

Childcare is a part of that equation. Families shouldn’t need to pay the equivalent of a second mortgage for care and centers shouldn’t be facing critical staffing shortages and closures — collaboration between the private sector and the state could solve both of these problems.

Report: Loss of childcare funding could shut down 25 percent of Wisconsin providers The state launched the Child Care Bridge Payments program in 2025 to provide roughly $110 million to providers through June 2026 to help with the wind-down of Child Care Counts.

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY REAFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR PRIDE MONTH FOLLOWING FLAG INCIDENT

Outagamie County, WI— At approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning, an individual removed the Pride flag displayed at the Outagamie County downtown campus, doused it with gasoline, and attempted to set it on fire.

Outagamie County’s Criminal Justice Unit responded immediately and apprehended the individual. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Outagamie County Jail.

Outagamie County has zero tolerance for destructive, hateful, or threatening behavior of this kind. This incident is being taken seriously, not only because of the dangerous nature of the act, but because it targeted a symbol of inclusion, dignity, and support for members of our community.

A new Pride flag is already flying proudly.

Outagamie County will not be intimidated or deterred from showing its support for all residents. As Pride Month begins, the County stands strong in its commitment to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive community.

“This act does not reflect who we are as a county,” said Thomas Nelson, Outagamie County Executive. “We are proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ community today and every day. Attempts to spread fear or division will not succeed here. We have already raised a new Pride flag because Outagamie County remains committed to respect, inclusion, and belonging for all.”

Outagamie County is grateful for the swift response of the Criminal Justice Unit and will continue to support efforts that protect public safety and uphold the values of the community.

For Outagamie County, Pride Month remains an important opportunity to recognize, celebrate, and stand alongside LGBTQ+ residents, employees, families, and visitors. That support remains unwavering.

I hear a lot of politicians talking about giving people their money back.

Fair enough.

But I’m more interested in making sure families don’t have to spend so much of it in the first place — we need to treat the problem at the root.

Our focus should be lowering costs of your monthly expenses, not just offering you a one-time rebate while the bills keep coming.

Let’s focus on:

✅ Childcare
✅ Healthcare
✅ Housing
✅ Prescription drugs
✅ Utility bills

Affordability isn’t about one check. It’s about what comes out of your account every month.

Economic conditions like gas prices well above $4 a gallon, according to AAA estimates, and annual inflation nearing 4%, per the Bureau of Labor Statistics, are pushing Americans’ financial stress levels higher.

The National Foundation for Credit Counseling expects Americans’ economic stress levels to tick back up in the second quarter of the year after a slight fall in the first quarter, according to its quarterly Financial Stress Forecast.

Americans “are entrenched in financial stress,” Bruce McClary, senior vice president of membership and media relations at NFCC says — the result of elevated prices on top of near-historic highs of consumer debt on credit cards and auto loans.
