I was asked to clean this beautiful home to get it ready to be put on the market. The woman who owns it said it's pretty clean Jen except the kitchen might be a big job because I LOVE to cook!! No kidding! 🤣 Really the worst thing about this house was the oven and some dust (which is literally everyone's issue) Even though we cleaned a lot of stuff people just don't notice...she did, and she was super appreciative of our hard work!
I found out later that she owns a bakery on Richmond Street called Wisk and Arrow (mad cooking skills) If you haven't checked it out yet you definitely should! So many goodies to choose from and I had an iced coffee with homemade whipped cream, so much better than Starbucks!!😋🤤 (she gave me permission to post this)

This isn't your average office job, no stocking shelves or greeting customers. This job will keep you moving, having fun and feeling accomplished all day long. We mostly clean short term vacation rentals. So basically furnished homes that people rent instead of staying in a hotel. It's the same job, same items in the home every clean, just different guests. No build up, no clutter. We re-clean, re-set for the next guests.

At Executive Cleaning Solutions we are looking for those who can see the calm in the storm, the order in the chaos, (because every once in a while there is chaos 😆) spot a smudged mirror or a water bottle under the couch. We want someone who can take out the trash and the cobwebs like a pro! We want people who are able to move at a fast pace, can get a sock from under the bed and clean behind the toilet. People who get satisfaction from a job well done! We want people who are open to learning new techniques, who take pride in a well made bed and a shiny streak free floor.

What ECS needs from you:

1) A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation. (We can't pay you if you can't make it to work!)

2) Love...enjoy...okay, LIKE to clean! We will train you but enjoying what you do is a nice perk 😊

3) A positive attitude! Negative Nelly's need not apply. There is no drama in cleaning, it's just toilets and dust here!

4) A good work ethic! We need people who will return phone calls/texts and show up to scheduled cleans!

In exchange, we offer:

1) A flexible schedule. We DO work weekends and require ALL employees to have some weekend availability. (Please do not apply if you refuse to work at all on Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

2) Weekly or bi-weekly pay periods. (Some people like to get their money faster, some choose to wait for a larger payment)

3) Paid training and a raise once you're able to work on your own. Training starts at $12/hour. Performance bonuses after that.

4) Time and a half on all major holidays and on your birthday if you're scheduled to work!

5) We're working on getting all employees uniform tops. We want everyone to be comfortable and still look professional.

6) Mostly day shifts. Most of our days start at 10am (check out time) and run till our scheduled cleans for the day are finished. Can discuss this further during interview.
