Co. 911 Center last night we learned about some of the latest technology they have available to them. When properly entered into your phone, dispatchers are able to see your name, location, emergency contacts, and important medical information if you place a 911 call before you even speak a word (or even if you can’t!). That could make all the difference when seconds count!
