Spring is supposed to be beautiful… not miserable.
If you're sneezing constantly, feeling congested, or dragging around itchy, watery eyes—it’s not just “how spring is.” That’s common, yes—but it’s not normal.
Your body wants to feel good. It wants balance. So why do some people sail through spring while others feel like they’ve been hit by a pollen truck? There’s usually a barrier—something getting in the way of your body doing what it’s designed to do. Most of the time, that barrier is a fungus, parasite, or toxin.
🌿 Give your body the tools it needs to heal and defend itself. It doesn’t have to be this way—and I can help.

Discipline helps create habits, and habits help create discipline.
People think if you’re disciplined or create many habits that you’re not free, but this isn’t true. These things enhance freedom.
Your brain gets easily bogged down by having to make too many decisions. What will I wear today? When will I workout? What will I eat for lunch? By creating habits, actions become automatic, and your brain is freed up to think about things that are the next level up, which ultimately helps you up level your life.
A disciplined environment helps with the habit. It’s a habit that I pick out what I’m going to wear M-F on Sunday so I don’t have to waste time thinking about it in the morning. It’s discipline that they’re in order and paired up in the closet.
It’s a habit that I workout each morning, but the disciplined environment is that my workout clothes are waiting for me in the bathroom every morning so I can put them right away.
It’s a habit that I decide what I’m eating for lunch the night before and discipline to not keep junk food in the house for me to pick from.
All this helps free the brain so I can think of things that help me grow and are in alignment with my vision.
