REMAX Agents and Teams Stand Out in Local Markets, According to 2026 RealTrends Verified City Rankings
More than 11,000 REMAX affiliates are recognized as top producers in their local market.

Real estate is local, and credibility is, too. That is what makes the 2026 RealTrends Verified City Rankings(opens in a new tab) especially relevant for REMAX agents, teams and Broker/Owners. The rankings recognize professionals in cities and towns across the country who truly stand out for their work with local buyers and sellers.

This year, 11,437 REMAX agents and teams qualified for the rankings, representing 15% of the nearly 75,000 total – and the second-most of any brand. The REMAX contingent includes 8,817 individual agents, who each averaged nearly 26 home sales last year, and 2,620 teams, which averaged 15.3 sides per agent.

Those numbers reflect more than production They show REMAX affiliates excelling in their local markets – building reputations, forming relationships and earning trust over time.

"Real estate is intensely local, and these rankings highlight the REMAX professionals who are earning trust and delivering results in the communities they serve," says Chris Lim, REMAX President and Chief Growth Officer. "City-level recognition is especially meaningful, because it reflects the work agents and teams do every day with buyers, sellers and neighbors. We're proud to see REMAX affiliates continue to stand out where it matters – in their local markets."

The 2026 RealTrends Verified City Rankings spotlight top-producing participating U.S. agents and teams in more than 3,000 cities and towns. Agents qualified based on 2025 production. Individual agents qualified with 15 residential transaction sides or $6 million in closed sales volume, while teams qualified with a total of 25 residential sides or $10 million in closed sales volume. All agents and teams who qualified for the RealTrends Verified national and state rankings released in June were automatically included in the city rankings.
