Brand New*** Mental Health and Wellness challenge!

From Memorial Day through September known as National Su***de Awareness Month, and into the 1st full week in October which marks the beginning of Emotional Wellness Month, a time of year for Depression and Mental Health Screenings, and in Honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10th.

As part of our "Sacred Circle" Mental Health and Wellness Program we have created we would like everyone to focus on the 4 Aspects of Life found within the Sacred Medicine Wheel Teachings.

The 4 Aspects of Life teach us about Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Wellness.

The Challenge for everyone is to make every Monday a Mental Health Monday!

Each photo you post throughout the challenge will equal an entry into a random drawing that will be held on October 10th.

Join Us in this Challenge and by making small changes each week you will start to see a huge positive impact on your health and wellness!

How Can I Spread the Word?

We invite all Native-led nonprofits, foundations, individuals, and other allies to join us in uplifting Native-led nonprofits in any way you can!

Every donation given to a led non-profit on the GiveNative platform today, May 21st, enters the nonprofit into the Native Nonprofit Giving Day Special random drawing held on May 22 for a prize of $1000.
