Hi friends, I wanted to make everyone aware of a situation we had at our office building this morning. A cigarette butt was thrown in a window well on the first floor, which ignited a fire that was thankfully quickly tended to by AFD.

I'm grateful that we do not have any damage to our space and the impact to the other businesses here seems to not be major, but there is a distinct smoke smell throughout our suite. I will be trying to air it out as best as I can over the coming weeks, but if we have any clients that are sensitive to smoke smells or have pulmonary issues we are happy to either see you via zoom or reschedule for a later date. Please reach out to me (Megan) if this is a concern.
