A little behind the scenes of how I set up my open houses. 🏡
One thing you’ll notice is that I don’t do traditional sign-in sheets. Instead, I use clipboards with a few simple questions. It helps me get real feedback on the home and creates actual conversations instead of making people feel pressured the second they walk in the door.
I also like having a lender there whenever possible. If someone has financing questions, I want them to be able to get answers right away from the expert.
My goal is pretty simple: keep things informative, welcoming, and low pressure. Come look at the house, ask questions if you have them, and let’s have a conversation. 💬
