Treat your eyes with special care. While we will test your eyes and help you with your vision, there are things you can do at home to help them, like taking Vitamin A, washing them and soothing them with cool liquid.

Applying grated potatoes and almond oil to the eye area will make your eyes look alive and fresh, plus this little trick is much less expensive than the cosmetics you likely purchase. It will also keep your eyes in better shape.

Vitamin A is an important vitamin to have in your system to protect your eyes. If you get plenty of vitamin A, you will reduce your likelihood of getting cataracts or night blindness. Both conditions affect sight.

When ordering your glasses, make allowances for time. A basic prescription will take about a week to fill; bi- and tri-focals take about ten days; coatings and polychromic lenses will take a little longer.
