A former Deputy Director of Special Districts for the County of San Bernardino since 2011 and an employee there since 2001, James now brings a wealth of engineering and design experience to Merrell Johnson as an Associate Engineer. MERRELL JOHNSON COMPANIES (HIGH DESERT)
Needs full time Associate Civil Engineer for High Desert engineering/surveying firm with a minimum of 3 years licensed experience as a PE.
Individual needs to be experienced with working with municipalities and utility companies and proficient with the preparation of civil site design, storm drain, water improvement plans and street design, together with the handling of design scopes, schedules and budgets.
Individual will be responsible for project management and overseeing of design team activities along with coordination of project schedules. Must be able to work independently and will be required to interact with clients.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. Salary based on experience. $35.00-$45.00/Hr.

Barstow OKs sewer main project BARSTOW — With an eye toward economic develop­ment, city staff has been look­ing for way to install a sewer main for the industrial park.

Cemex multi-fuels system. We provided structural engineering on the support towers and modifications to the existing pre-heat tower.

We attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Apple Valley Ranchos Water Company’s Mockingbird booster station. Our company was involved in the construction inspection process.
