Friends of our Foundation...It's that time of year again. As our scholarship recipients from 2025 are moving closer to graduation and starting the next chapter of their lives, we're looking towards the next group of young Webber students to help. And as always, you play an important part in supporting our mission to positively impacting the lives of as many young people as we can. Your donations drive all the good things the Foundation does to honor our classmates that we've lost. No amount is too small...and all support is greatly appreciated. Please donate on our page, the Foundation's website (webberlegacyfoundation.org) or by contacting me directly. And all donations are tax deductible, so get a start on your 2026 deductions with us now!!
Thanks to all the great folks who have so generously supported the Foundation over the last 3 years. Let's make 2026 a breakout year for the impact we can have.

Had a great time this weekend back on campus for Alumni Weekend and the "Clash on the Lake" vs. Warner!! The Warriors locked down a victory, and I got to spend a little time with some of our scholarship recipients for 2025. Great things are happening at Webber, so everyone start thinking about plans for next year's event...and the upcoming Centennial celebration we're working on!! Special thanks to Carl Buck and Mark Wright for coming in this year and taking part with me. Webber Alumni

The Webber Legacy Foundation is very proud to announce that Taylor Thomas has been selected as a recipient of our 2025 Giving Year awards. As this is our second year of giving, we will be making this award to Taylor and all our scholarship recipients in memory of our friends and classmates whose impact on our lives has been the driving force behind our work at the Foundation.
Taylor is from McDonough,Georgia and is entering her senior year at Webber where she’s studying Business Administration with a focus on Finance. As a member of Webber’s women’s softball team, Taylor has been a standout from the time she arrived on campus. Her milestones on the field include being recognized as the Sun Conference Freshman of the Year, pitching a no-hitter, and registering more than 300 strikeouts in her Webber career…and she’s not done! But athletics are only a part of her story; Taylor also enjoys giving back to others by spending time coaching younger players who are looking to develop their softball skills. And during our interview, the Committee learned about her passion for field of Finance, where she plans to use both her Webber education and experiences as an intern this summer to begin her professional career. It’s clear to us that Taylor will be as successful in her professional career as she was on the diamond at WIU!
We at the Webber Legacy Foundation are very proud to honor Steve Kelley and all of the classmates we’ve lost with this gift to Taylor, and we hope that it helps her continue her journey at Webber, and beyond.
Congratulations, Taylor, and good luck in all your endeavors. We’re very happy to have you representing us and our cause.
