Our house roast is officially here! As smooth as a redfish tailing in inches of coastal water, yet as bold bull red hooked and making a long run on the end of your line!

Our Beans for this roast are from the La Laja family farming and milling group in Veracruz, Mexico. These beans are harvested using the honey process and pair nicely for a medium roast.
