👋 Hello to all visually impaired individuals and families!

My name is Jeff Palmer, and my family and I are thrilled to launch a brand-new goalball team built on teamwork, dedication, and community. Goalball has

been a life-changing sport for me and now, I want to share that experience with YOU.

🎯 What is Goalball?

Goalball is a fast-paced, exciting sport designed specifically for athletes with visual impairments. It’s more than just a game it’s a way to:

• Boost confidence 💪

• Stay active and fit 🏃

• Build teamwork and leadership skills 🤝

• Make lifelong friendships ❤️

Whether you're brand new to sports or already active, goalball is a safe, inclusive, and empowering space to grow.

👥 Who Can Join?

We welcome players aged 13 and up, from teens to adults!

✅ Friendly matches

✅ Tournaments throughout the year

✅ Personalized coaching for all skill levels

🧒 For Kids Under 13

We offer fun and engaging workshops to introduce younger children to goalball. These sessions focus on playful skill-building and confidence in a supportive environment.

Come join us for fun, high-energy practices every week!

We are also finalizing agreement with Raleigh parks and recreation for practices on Sundays from 1 to 4pm
