Triangle Pediatric Massage

Long time no post! The past couple years have flown by, and I have been able to invest a lot of time and resources into expanding my skills and education in effective techniques that help people. It's been a lot of work, and now I'm focusing on integrating what I've learned.

The short list includes RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (PLEASE look into this if you're experiencing chronic pain or neurological pain), Sharon Wheeler's ScarWork, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and NeuroKinetic Therapy.

I have also had the opportunity to dive into online trainings focusing on biomechanics, orthopedic assessments with osteopathic listening techniques, and cranial nerves.

On top of this, I trained with a behavioral coach on how to coach effectively with integrity and began learning about minerals and the role they play in our bodies.

Writing it all out, my head is spinning a little. I cut myself off from new trainings until I integrate all of this.

If nothing else, please know there are way more wild and wonderful ways to support our bodies than we know what to do with.
