Health Solutions NC is wellness center offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, light therapy, massage, and functional medicine. We seeking a part-time, (possibility for full time in future) Front Desk Wellness Assistant to join us. We LOVE what we do. Responsibilities and Duties

Here are some activities you'd find yourself doing throughout the day:

Answering phones
Greeting patients
Checking patients in and out
Making outgoing recalls
Collecting payments
Scheduling
Must be physically able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Facebook/Instagram posting
Daily/weekly reporting
Patient interactions including offering modalities on occasion (will be trained and certified)
Qualifications and Skills

HS diploma required - we will fully train the right candidate.
Must have great customer service skills
Must be familiar and comfortable with working on a computer (Google Docs / Windows OS)

Must be available to work : Monday 8am-6pm (We break for lunch 1-3pm), Weds 11am-6:30pm (lunch 1:30-2:45pm), Thursday 9am - 4:30pm, (lunch 12-2pm) and Fridays 9am-12pm. Hours may vary within this time frame and will total 20-30 per week.

Must be willing to participate in a healthy work environment (no fast food, no processed foods, we encourage exercise, we encourage adjustments, we encourage team building)

Must have a generally positive life outlook. There is no place for excessive negativity in our work environment.
This position may transition to full-time if employee is interested in additional hours.
