Let's go! The best part about learning something new is implementation. Integrating what I need in my sessions to best serve the person on my table.

We can learn and learn all day long, but unless we practice it, it's not very useful.

Determined to master this craft! πŸ€“

A client came to me with limited shoulder mobility. She was having a hard time doing a move in pilates. The one where you reach back like you're shooting a bow and arrow. Maybe you've tried it too?
I understand how frustrating it can be to ask your body to do something and it isn't able to do it completely.
But let's not give up hope! It will take some effort and time, but you can regain that mobility with consistent effort.

In this session, we addressed her pectoral muscles, anterior scapular, levator scapular, and all the others along that path. Those were the key ones for us tho.
When we were done, she was able to do the action and her shoulder and neck felt freer.
I got to see her the next day since she was dropping someone else off that she referred to me. I got to hear that she's still feeling so much better and able to move her shoulder.

I love doing this work because I can see that transformation in our sessions. While it may not hold forever at this point, I know we're on the right path and we keep working at it.

Your body didn't get this way in one day, so we cannot "fix" or "heal" it in one day. It's a journey, and I'm committed and happy to help you.
