- Name whose voice is in your head setting the bar. It's rarely yours.

- Define "good enough" before you start. Not after. If you can't define it before, you've already decided nothing will qualify.

- Ship something imperfect on purpose. Small, low stakes. Build the file that says "I survived being seen as human."

- Separate the outcome from the verdict. "This failed" is data. "I am a failure" is a story. They don't live in the same folder.

- Stop discounting your counter-examples. You've done things well. File them. They count.

- Take the feedback without the explanation loaded. The explanation is the armor. Put it down.

- Audit the cost. Not emotionally — practically. List what hasn't shipped, hasn't been sent, hasn't been started. That list is what perfect has actually produced.

- Replace the question "is this perfect?" with "is this true and useful?" Those are answerable. Perfect isn't.

- Find one person who will tell you the truth about the work. Not cheer you on. Tell you the truth. Perfectionism starves without honest feedback to argue with.

- Decide and do. Stockpile small completions until "I finish things" has more evidence behind it than "I protect things."
