Timothy J Peckham JR and I fished the first ever Super Bass Bowl where the top 10 in points last year from the 3 main circuits went head to head at Apache over the weekend. Congratulations to the winners Seth Furmanek Fishing and Steven Mack!

In true 2025 fashion we zigged when we should have zagged. Catching 2 fish day one and 3 on day two ending up in the 20’s overall. Not what we wanted and a poor showing for us on a lake we love.

Thank you to all of the circuits and sponsors who helped put this on. If you are looking for a curcuit with a lot of perks make sure to check these guys out. They all do great jobs and run a good circuit.

Sometimes you just have to accept your roll for the day. And that was to be the best damn net man on the water! Needless to say Pleasant didn’t play nice to any of us. I caught 3 non keeper size fish and Tim boated all 4 of our keepers and lost what would have been our 5th right next to the boat. But with 7.40 lbs we were able to get 20th out of 81 boats and stay in the top 10 for AOY in 10th place. Next up is Alamo! Good job again Timothy J Peckham JR.
