In need of a Customer Service Representative at an established insurance agency in Antioch, Ca.

Primary Responsibilities
• Daily interaction with clients via phone, email or walk-ins.
• Answer incoming office phone calls
• Processing new business and renewal policies
• Opening mail daily Qualifications
• Prior experience with & proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior use of Agency Management System (AMS) – Willing to train
• Must be able to work in office – Covid-19 compliant
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and phone etiquette are a must

Part Time Work
• Location: Antioch, Ca.
• Typical start time: 9:00AM
• Typical end time: 2:00PM
• NO medical or dental currently
• Work Remotely – No
