Mark Alan Boots

Mark A. Boots of Antigo passed away unexpectedly at home at the age of 63. Mark was born on October 5, 1962 in Le Mars, IA to the late Harold and Pauline (Witter) Boots.

Mark graduated from Antigo High School, class of 1981. He stocked shelves at the Super Valu at a young age and then tended bar at several taverns in town for 16 years. He truly enjoyed getting to know others and spending time with friends while tending bar before his retirement. Mark treasured all his friendships and spending time with family and friends.

Mark is survived by brothers Craig and Kent Boots of Antigo, nephews Tyler and Nathan Boots of Antigo and their mother Vicki Boots (Kolpack) of Antigo, cousins Roger (Sony) Webb of Dodge Center, MN, and Denny Boots and his wife, and cousin-in-law Sharon Boots.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by grandparents William and Neva Witter, and a cousin Jerry Boots.

A graveside service for Mark will be held at Elmwood Cemetery on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ferdinand Serra officiating.
