Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time and keep appointments running smoothly, please note:

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show.

• Missed appointments must be rebooked.
Walk-ins may not be available after a missed scheduled time.

• Repeated lateness or no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
