Mood board for Casa Carmen Wines barrel-aged black vermouth. Inspired by John Keats' "Ode to a Nightingale," we collaborated with Casa Carmen Wines to name and package Tender is the Night vermouth... and transport the truehearted drinker to worlds unseen on the "viewless wings of poesy." ✨

We're so proud to share the launch of Casa Carmen Wines new vermouth, Tender is the Night. This barrel-aged black vermouth is made from the best local grapes and natural herbs and spices, black walnuts from their farm, and oranges of Seville.

The name and label were inspired by by John Keats' "Ode to a Nightingale." This rare Spanish-style vermouth will transport the truehearted drinker to worlds unseen on the "viewless wings of Poesy."

Try it on its own, or on the rocks, with a twist of orange.
