We’re honored to have had a part in bringing Braddock Terrace to life; a 20-unit affordable housing community that proves quality, design, and affordability can coexist beautifully. Located in Aldie, VA, the project fosters true neighborhood integration within the larger South 620 development.

Completion of Braddock Terrace | Studio 343 Braddock Terrace is a 20-unit affordable housing community in Aldie, VA, seamlessly integrated into the South 620 market-rate neighborhood, offering energy-efficient homes and shared access to high-quality community amenities.

We recently had the pleasure of participating in the annual Feeding Hope event in support of the Anne Arundel County Food Bank. As architects, we were tasked with tapping into our architectural expertise to produce “canstruction” drawings for a structure to be built during the event.
