Sujeonggwa (수정과)
Inspired by the traditional Korean drink, a ginger cinnamon espresso tonic with pine nut cold foam, topped with torched rosemary. Served iced.

Lavender Haze
An oatmilk latte with salted lavender honey syrup, topped with lemon zest and a lemon cookie. Served hot or iced.

A matcha latte paired with a slow infused strawberry syrup, accented with green Sichuan peppercorn, and garnished with a freeze-dried strawberry. Served hot or iced.
