Good news for Urban Agriculture in Maryland – HB359 has passed the Maryland House of Delegates!

This important legislation modernizes tax credits for urban farmers by removing outdated size restrictions and broadens the definition of "urban agriculture" to include everything from beekeeping, composting, indoor crops, agritourism, and more.
