HOGAN is pleased to congratulate Senior VP Kevin Setzer, as he represented owner Greenlife Property Group, a joint venture between HOGAN and Reliable, on the disposition of a finished lot for Hill House at Beechfield. Buyers KCG Companies and Streetscape Partners will develop the property into 150 apartment units for low-and-moderate income seniors.

As a project management team, Kevin worked with Reliable Real Estate Services to entitle and develop this 84-acre planned retirement community to provide a variety of housing options available for a range of incomes. Lennar is now selling single family detached home and attached villas, and soon condos, while Smith Packett purchased a parcel with plans to open for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Well done, Kevin!

HOGAN is pleased to congratulate EVP Jake Ermer on his work representing the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, Ohio Province in the recent sale of 1531 Greenspring Valley Road, closed at asking price of $5.8 million. This remarkable property in Baltimore County served for years as an administrative and housing facility for a religious order, and soon will be repurposed for higher education.
