We are currently in search for a Cleaning Management Trainee to help with the start up of our newest company, Maintenance Maids.

This is your moment! We are looking for an experienced cleaning professional who we can develop into a management position within our cleaning company, Maintenance Maids. The purpose of this position was born from the need for Uptick Properties which specializes in vacation rentals and Short term rentals. The biggest need for any short term rental company is the maid service which is the eyes and ears for the property's well being. Cleaning down to every detail, making beds, staging the correct quantities of soaps and snacks. The cleaning jobs are largely spot cleans for the same homes every 3-10 days. Linens need washed, folded, and packaged for quick pulls. These are the easiest cleaning jobs ever!
The problem is that all cleaning has to take place between 11am-4pm on short notice. In addition, a full time income requires that there are other clients to fill the other times of day and the days without renter checkouts. Therefore taking on residential house cleaning, Office cleaning, and other commercial cleaning applications are important.
We have a sales team, customer service teams, a procurement specialist, all the business administration team, a storage facility, a dyson vacuum, and an experienced business leader and mentor, Taylor Letts.
Our cleaning company is on the ground level, developed from the underserved needs of AirBnB hosts like ourselves. When working with a startup company, versatile and self-starters are valuable. We are offering 6 months of PAID management training starting at $32k-$42k per year with unlimited growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of cleaning experience
- A desire for growth
- Leadership skills
- Impeccable work ethic
- Communication Skills

- 2+ Cleaning references
- 1+ Leadership references

We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available
