Why Not Pie?

I bake a lot of Birthday Pies, but it’s not every day that I experience the joy of delivering a pie to someone on their 96th birthday! Joyce’s husband gifted this pie, and so I had the chance to meet them both when I carried her birthday pie into her party at their retirement home. Was there excitement and festivity in the air? Yes! Were friends and family celebrating together? Yes! Was the birthday person pleased? I dare say, emphatically yes! It’s clear you are always the right age to be celebrated and loved. Happy 96th birthday, Joyce!
