Was able to help this family relocate to to be close to their son at the UofM - walkable to too! A great price for a Downtown Condo with a renovated kitchen, it went on the market in the Fall, and it sat for a couple of months. Lovely, just a slower time for the market. They knew exactly what they wanted. We were able to get it for less... Happy for them!

We have a tradition of serious prep the night before. Glad that Rob has become my partner in putting the day together. Being , it's just easier to have it here, and, it's pretty damn delicious, too: Cornbread muffins, brining the turkey (thank you, Nana!), homemade cranberry sauce, adding butter and cream cheese to the potatoes, yep, delish!
