This custom mudroom was designed with real life in mind — backpacks, shoes, baseball gloves, and all the things that somehow pile up by the door. 🎒⚾ These lockers have doors, so the mess can stay tucked away where it belongs.

These ceiling-to-countertop kitchen cabinets add the perfect amount of character and make the kitchen feel anything but builder basic. ✨ Fun fact… This kitchen is currently for sale at 2719 NW Greenwood St. in Ankeny.

An office view we wouldn’t mind answering emails from. 💻 Natural light, a little privacy, and a pretty great backdrop for a workday. P.S. This office belongs to 2719 NW Greenwood St. in Ankeny, and yes — it’s for sale too.

A laundry room that proves even the most practical spaces can be pretty. 🧺 This one has plenty of cabinets, countertop space, and a view that almost makes laundry enjoyable. Almost. 😉

The owners of this custom home chose a red front door because it symbolizes good luck — and we love a detail with a little meaning behind it. ❤️ In several traditions, a red door represents welcome, warmth, positive energy, and hospitality.

These office built-ins were designed for a client who had a lot of books and wanted storage that was both beautiful and functional. 📚 Bonus detail: there’s a pull-out drawer to keep the printer tucked away.

This Venetian plaster fireplace was designed by one of our clients, and we were obsessed the second we saw it come together. 🔥 Simple, timeless, and the kind of detail that makes the whole room.
